I had a great stay at Santiago De Compostella Suites in Cuenca. The room I stayed in had a direct connection to the parking lot, making it convenient for me to access my vehicle. The pathway to the dining area was also easily accessible. The price I paid for the room was reasonable, considering the amenities provided.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The jacuzzi in my suite was not working properly, and despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, they did not offer to change my room.

The hotel is conveniently located near a large supermarket and shopping center, making it easy to access basic necessities. the rooms are spacious with amenities like jacuzzi baths and comfortable king-sized beds. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, offering services like laundry and taxi assistance.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including uncleaned toilets and moho on the walls.

We spent Christmas in a hotel outside the city center and the experience was uneven. the room was a good size and had a jacuzzi bath, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a large supermarket and shopping center across the street, which was very convenient. we appreciated that the hotel offered complementary laundry service and allowed us to check-in early.

the cleanliness was lacking as the toilet still had poop in it when we arrived.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, with a big screen TV and a comfortable leather chair. The hotel also provided an excellent breakfast, cooked to your liking by a talented chef. The location was very convenient, within walking distance to a supermarket and other points of interest. Additionally, they even did our laundry for us! the service was top-notch and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this venue!

The toilet was not cleaned before our arrival and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. the wifi was not working properly, and there were no bottles of water in the room.

The breakfast was a treat with a chef who cooked our food to our liking, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to a Maxi-Mart and other points of interest. Additionally, we appreciated the easy access from our parking spot to the dining area.
